About me:
Roots Market is dedicated to whole foods nutrition consultation, fertility awareness, and sustainable living options. Basically, this mean that if you are curious about how to greatly increase your vitality and over-all quality of life, give me a call! There are easy ways to incorporate both personal and environmental changes that create the most optimal life you can live.
As well as nutritional outreach, I am also dedicated to those desiring to be parents. There are many obstacles in the way of healthy parenthood and children, and those obstacles can sometimes be overcome through changes in diet and lifestyle. I am currently studying to become a certified professional midwife in the state of Kentucky, and am commited to helping those who are ready to birth.
