About me: K&J Brewery is the collaborative effort of two cousins in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Between us, we have three full systems for 5-gallon batches and about 40 gallons of primary fermentation capacity.
But that is all going to change! We are in the process of adapting a 120-quart chest-style cooler for batch-sparging. To honor the increased stature of our system, we thought it would be a good idea to document the construction of the mash/lauter vessel and our first attempt to brew such a monster batch.
Soon, I will upload pics of the cooler and all of the equipment that we have so far. Also, we'll try to put up some info about our brewing experience and all of the delicious beers that we have already made.
Who I'd like to meet: Anyone who is interested in homebrewing, craft brews, ingredients, whatever.
