I collect coins and ponder the existance of UFOs. I like to grow my own vegetables and fruits.

I enjoy the old time country music including Bluegrass, 50s 60s and some 70s C&W. I enjoy Comedy and Parody music.
Movies
I like mostly Sci-Fi and horror movies although I definitely also like comedy movies.
Television
I watch mainly CSI type shows and a lot of Discovery and History channel programs.
Books
Most of my adult life has been tied to technical manuals and government regulation manuals. For enjoyment I pick up a murder mystery occasionally.
Heroes
My greates Heros are the passengers and crew of United Flight #93. I have been fortunate enough to be involved with the creation of the Memorial site in Shanksville, Pennsylvania and the support of the families in their healing process. The bravery and courage displayed by those 40 people can never be equaled in my opinion.
About me: I am a Retired Army Warrant Officer and soon to be retired Civil Servant. I currently work for the National Park Service as the Chief Technology Officer. I have worked in the telecommunications field throughout my career. I have decided to enter the world of webanaut to carry me through my remaining occupation of space on this planet. I am married and have been to the same spouse for 37 years. We have four grown children and two grand children that we adore and love to spoil before sending them home to their parents.;
Who I'd like to meet: people without a political agena. Common folk that like to get together with their musical instruments and have a great time making music and making people feel good.
