Jerry Clemente served as percussionist for the Spring/Summer of 2007. He’s the guy in the pictures with all the congas! He’s also on the "Live @ Rafferty’s" CD still available for only five American dollars. It’s available at the shows or contact us at juicejunkees@yahoo.com for more information.
Jeremy Ray
can also be seen in some of our pix playing lead guitar. (Honorary band member during the summer/fall of 2007.)
The Juice Junkees are an original pop/rock/alternative-based band that performs throughout the Captial Region of New York State. Bryan Kruger (lead vocals and rhythm acoustic/electric guitar) and Rob Booker (bass) form the core of the band and are joined by Andy Maroney (drums) and newest member, Scott Malcolm on lead guitar, who adds a new dimension to the band with his melodic tones that really make the "juice" flow.
Currently one of the fastest-rising rhythmic bands to hit the Capital District, the Juice Junkees perform a long list of crowd favorites featuring mostly original compositions...some of which are spontaneously created during a performance! A blend of upbeat rhythm guitar, trippy lead guitar, boomin’ bass and pulsating percussion form a unique signature sound that can really get a crowd moving. They’ve recently been seen at places like Wolf Road (Old Chicago, JT Maxie’s), Cohoes (The Tugboat Tavern, Emma’s Pub, The Black Cat Ale House), Troy (The Troy Bar), Latham (JJ Rafferty’s), Glens Falls (Dream Street), and others. Check the list of upcoming shows and watch for "the juice" at a local venue near you!
