Great Red Room show tonight. Do you do any multitracked recording? I think it would be nice. Hopefully I'll be able to afford the CD when next you're in town.
Jefferson, Thanks for the kind request. Your music is wonderful. Your sound is abstract yet infectious and always beautiful and persuasive. "Skinny Vinny" is a wonderful post-free adventure, and I loved hearing your influences playfully creep into your phrasing in this track. Your other tracks exist almost sui generis and I applaud your originality, freedom and clarity of playing. There are a few others who play with similar technique, but only a few, and you bring something special to this noise style of saxophone: a comprehending humor that doesn't make light of music but is able to use music to make light of life. Or somethin' like that; anyhow, I loved listening and plan on listening again. And long live solo alto work; I'll be posting some myself eventually. Great visual art too! Peace, Thomas
