| About The Jones Brothers |

The Jones brothers have been writing songs together for the past seven years fronting thier stringband project The Groundhawgs during that time. What started as brothers creating music on a large northwest Georgia farm and transformed into a blugrass/stringband ensemble has come full circle and back to the root of it all: two brothers creating.
The brothers have had the pleasure of playing and or performing with artists icluding (in somewhat chronologial order): all of thier family, Scott Warren (Capt. Soular Cat), The Little Country Giants, Mike Compton, Stranger Malone, Carl Jones, Mick Kinney, David Long, James and Rachel Bryan, Kevn Kinney, Chad Valencort (Atomic Boogie), Kaitlin Jones, Todd McBride (Dashboard Saviors), Justin Evans and many others. With over twenty years of combined songwriting experience these brothers are proud to step back to what first drove them to step onto a stage together: crafting songs and performing them.
