My name is Jeffrey Howard and I live in Orlando, Florida. I have a mom, dad, one brother and one sister. I'm getting married to the lovely Kristin Messina. She's the coolest girl I know. See her myspace here. My birthday is December 25th.
I have a cat. Her name is Puzzle Pieces, named after a Tiger Trap song.
I do a lot of neat things. I am a photographer and collector. I am known for my zine called Kick Bright [www.kickbrightzine.com] which has been all over the internet since 1996. It's got all the things you find in zines: show reviews, record reviews, personal stories, etc.
I'm also currently in a couple of bands. Kristin and I have a band called Hot Hands. It's just the two of us. We try to be fun and loud. We had our first show at Back Booth in December 2006 and have a several shows since to rave reviews from the Orlando Weekly. We hope to have a record out in 2008.
Kristin and I are also playing with the Courtneys. We have a self released 5 song CD called 'Shake It If You Got It' that came out in 2006.
I was in the rock/indie band The Hot Six with John Duvoisin (Black River Nightmare) and Phil Longo (Country Slashers). We had a CD released by Breaker Breaker Records. After that I joined Kristin and Hannah Miller in a garage-power-pop band The Sharp Objects. We played all over the state and toured with Angry Samoans. Click on those links to hear/download mp3s.
I also managed an all ages indie/punk music venue and art gallery in the central Florida area called The Trapper Keeper with some friends. If you ever went to a show you wore my "Jeffrey" stamp on your hand.

I must have brought up Crystal Pepsi at least four times in the past month. When I saw that first picture I was uber excited. Then even more curious when I saw the four of us. Too bad it was a sad story.
