Classical Music: Bach Organ by E Power Biggs, Bach Cello Suites by Yoyo Ma, Swingle Singers interpretations of Bach and Mozart plus others and Switched on Bach.

Spiritual:

Life is simple. Live in the Now. Abide by Universal Laws in how you treat yourself and others, handle life situations as they happen because what you sow is what you always reap. Remember fear is the opposite of Love, live in Love in all you do.

Ram Dass, first known as Richard Alpert, and his book, Be Here Now!. My first introduction to the world of spiritual growth and meditation.

Paul Solomon is my first and last spiritual mentor. An exceptional trance psychic who is an equal to the quality of work of Edgar Cayce.

Richard Bach's book, Illusions, I read it once a year whether I need to or not!

Being with my beautiful wife and cowgirl, Cindy.

Authors:

Philip K Dick rulez! What a mind trippin' dude!
Early Dean Koontz, especially his space and metaphysical stuff! The Frankenstein books were cool, but he never published the final book.
William Deilh, great read!
Michael Crichton, his work does not get any realer than if it was real!

Our Beautiful Planet Earth:

This is our beautiful home, yet many of us treat it like a ghetto by trashing and destroying it. It is simple, when you love something, you treat it with the utmost care and respect. It has to be a conscious decision made daily in everything you do.

Sunrises and Sunsets.
Being 8 Miles high looking down on the Earth.
Awesome cloud formations.
The delicate beauty of flowers, especially in macro photography.
Mountain top views.
Here is a great picture of Galveston Bay, where I grew up in La Porte, Texas:

Sounds LikeMy electronic music: An electronic synth/organ mix of Terry Riley, Philip Glass and Steve Reich designed to take the listener into deep, beautiful, trance-like, altered states.

My Jazz: Totally unrestricted compositions using improvisation with unique rhythm patterns and instrumentation.

   About J D Emmanuel
JD Emmanuel is best known as the creator of Wizards (1982), one of the most acclaimed private press electronic music albums of all time and the tip of a giant iceberg of epically great music. With all 300 copies of the Bread and Animals vinyl reissue of Wizards selling out in two weeks in August 2007, and, in one infamous incident, an original copy selling for $400 on ebay, JD is suddenly hot again. Fans like John Olson of Wolf Eyes rave about JD and so will you. Please check out jdemmanuel.com to hear more music and buy original records and cassettes, and stay tuned for announcements about new vinyl, CD, and downloads of JD's music. -- A Friend
