Bio:
Raised by Coyotes when left for dead after his family was attacked by wild Buffalos in the plains of Ontario, Jason Paul Johnston learned cowboy songs around the hobo campfires. He traveled further and learned the gospel songs of the parsons and railway workers. Resisting a life with either the wandering outlaws or multiple invitations to the circus, Jason followed his own path to the big city.
In the city, Jason found himself sleeping in shadows and shaving in Wal-mart appliance sections, slipping deeper and deeper until he was taken in by a wealthy and philanthropic computer network. He is now making sense of all this: gospel, country, urban, shadows, Canadian, futuristic - working it out in his own stories and song.
Jason is currently in the studio working on his first full length album with producer Bruce Anthony. Release late TBA in 2008.

Looking forward to the classes - we need help..ha! I am though getting very good at finding Vista drivers and updates.

Just passing along the news about the new ReDuX:RMx album.
TWO, the second CD from ReDuX:RMx, infuses Latin, Euro and Asian influences with electronica to create 11 original nu-jazz world tracks. Diverse guitar styles and exotic world instruments create music that excites and moves in the coming together of races and cultures in the art and spirit of music.
Finally got a moment to sit and listen! Your Old Timey Gospel stuff is great and I'm looking forward to hearing more on your current CD project... although I'm not so much a country kind of guy, I just really like music in general!
Thanks for the comments, the album will have 11 or 12 songs total and right now i'm just taking a break to concentrate on my job search for a bit. I'm hoping to have all the songs ready to go by sometime in October. Any suggestions in regards to cd pressing? I might try the online route first (itunes etc) since it is cheaper and will get more exposure before shelling out the big $$ for cd's/artwork.
Hey Jason, My head cleared up the next morning, thanks. Hey thanks alot for making it out to the show, much appreciated. Traveling map sounds really nice ! Keep in touch, T.A.
