Jason Barney enjoys many outdoor pursuits in Virginia Beach including surfing, boating, gardening, and hiking. Jason Barney is active with numerous volunteer efforts on Virginia Beach, including serving on the City of Virginia Beach Wetlands Board, the City of Virginia Beach Green Ribbon Committee, and the City of Virginia Beach Envision 2040 VTACC Committee. Jason Barney serves on the Board of Directors of the Crystal Club Foundation, a non-profit environmental group located in Virginia Beach, VA that focuses on implementation of environmental restoration projects.

Mr. Barney provides consulting and technical expertise, oversight, and management for all company projects.

He has over 10 years of experience in environmental consulting and holds a Masters of Science degree in Environmental Science. Mr. Barney is a native of Virginia Beach and a graduate of the University of Virginia.
