Jeremiah’s project, “Love Notes” is an R&B/Soul Extended Play album. The instrumentation consists of true instruments blended with only a few samples and electronic alterations. Jeremiah sang all the lead vocals in one session with no additional effects, pitch shifters or enhancers on his voice. Basic reverb, delay and compression were added, but no effects or equalizers to fix his pitch.

Jeremiah (born James Connor) is a singer/songwriter, instrumentalist, producer and performer. Jeremiah grew up in Church and has been gifted with a voice that the Spirit of God has anointed when he was just a young boy. He was born in Long Beach, California, Jeremiah moved to Seattle, Washington where he was raised. It was at the age on nine that he was born again professing with his mouth and believing in his heart that Jesus Christ was his Lord and Savior. His gift has made room for him with opportunities to travel the world. He has lived all over the country and internationally, including Los Angeles, Boston and Osaka, Japan where he currently resides. Jeremiah was brought up in the catholic tradition and his spirituality resonates from his smooth sound. Singing in the church choir, Jeremiah got his first taste of the musical world and at age 7 was given an old upright piano, which he learned among other instruments including the cello, French horn, trumpet and the trombone.
With a desire to continue his education, Jeremiah left Seattle in 1995 to enroll at Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts. In 2000, he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in music education. After graduation, Jeremiah decided to move to Los Angeles in hopes of pursuing his musical dreams. In Los Angeles, Jeremiah taught music at an elementary school. However, the desire to perform his music was too strong a force to keep him there long. In December 2003, Jeremiah was hired to sing background on tour with R&B singers Kenny Lattimore and Chante Moore in a musical review of their debut duet record, “Things that Lover’s Do”.
Since then, Jeremiah has climbed the ladder in the music industry and in 2003-2004 performed with a six-month contract at Universal Studios in Osaka where he finished a second contract in 2008. In 2006, he appeared on an episode of “Big Break,” a variety talent contest. In March 2007, Jeremiah recorded his first EP entitled “Love Notes” with Loren Weisman of Protectomatic Music.
Currently Jeremiah is answering a call that has been ringing in his heart for a life time. His passion for praise, worship and ministry is undeniable. He has set his eyes upon a vision that God has delivered unto him and by faith he will walk in obedience to the will of God producing and sharing the music that God has designed for him.
1: The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. 2: He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. 3: He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. 4: Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. 5: Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. 6: Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.

Psalm 94 - 11 The LORD knows the thoughts of man, That they are a mere breath. 12Blessed is the man whom You chasten, O LORD, And whom You teach out of Your law; 13That You may grant him relief from the days of adversity, Until a pit is dug for the wicked. 14For the LORD will not abandon His people,Nor will He forsake His inheritance. 15For judgment will again be righteous, And all the upright in heart will follow it.
