In April of 2008 members of Lost Friday and JacksBox came together to begin rehearsing for a joint show. The bands were planning to play separate sets and share members as they had done earlier in January. As rehearsals progressed and the futures of both bands were up in the air it became obvious that a new project was forming. As the date of the show neared, the members rehearsed songs from JacksBox and Lost Friday's set lists, two new songs and a handful of covers. They began to come together as a solid unit.
Drawing from a wide array of styles the band fuses catchy melodies and crunchy guitar riffs. With a pop sensibility, vocalists Ali May and Eric Comer weave lyrics and music into memorable songs. Running the gamut from "radio-friendly" tunes to gritty rock, the band keeps a crowd interested from start to finish. Drummer, Branden Brunk and bassist, Chris Bell round out the group and filling out the sound.
Harrisonburg's newest rock band is in high demand already! After only one show in April their schedule has begun to fill up into the summer. Being offered shows in Northern Virginia, Charlottesville and a private party (all within 24 hours of the first show), shows that the band has created an immediate buzz.
