Start with a new book called "Team of Rivals' about how Old abe surrounded himself with all his presidential rivals in a contentious and spiteful cabinet, all of whom thought they were superior to the "Tycoon' when it came to running the country and war. Boy were they in for a surprise. Then try "Great Gaptain', a story and a half about history and the personal travails of Lincoln and his family. Don't forget to learn everything you can about the Civil War and all the history before and after it. do not pass go ...do not collect $200 until you read a few history books. Even if you forget it all you'll be better off. Yeah? Sez who!!!
