It's funny, I was just thinking about this about an hour ago (about how I was shafted) and here you are commenting on it--you know our scheme that year was to max out our yearbook exposure (for reasons unknown of course) so I set about building a great costume to win and I did end up winning 'best overall costume' but then they didn't put my picture in the yearbook. How do you win 'best costume' and yet are excluded from the photojournal supposedly cataloging the event? The only thing I could think of was that the costume featured a gun and, like so much of my production for school, was deemed inappropriate. Also funny you bring up graduation, if my disguise for that were as good as this (since the people voting for best costume booed when they realized they had voted me the winner post-mask-removal), I likely could've taken in the proceedings from a nearer vantage than the closest grassy knoll.
