Now listen at me now. We are not going to force humanitarian relief on Myanmar's junta! That’s because they are a military government not a bunch of terrorists. My war is not with legitimate governments that contribute to the new Bush world order. It is with terrorist states. Besides John McCain has a lot of key folks in his campaign who are also employed by the junta, guys that are working hard to improve relations between the United States and Myanmar.

I am getting worried about food shortages slowing down our new bio-fuel businesses. That's why I had my taxpayer paid for financial advisors work up a Bio Fuels Calorie Credit plan. Underdeveloped countries that have used their land to grow biogas grains will get these calorie certificates. They can then trade them on derivative markets to get cash to buy food.
This is a market based, Republican centric, compassionately conservative solution, one that will add great luster to my Presidential legacy. Oh, and I run it by John McCain and he likes it a whole lot.

Khenpo Tsultrim Tenzin was born in 1970. At the age of 14 he took his monk's vows and soon after began his Buddhist studies at Samye Monastery, the first monastery ever built in Tibet. In 1987, he traveled to attend the Drikung Kagyu Institute at Jangchub Ling in Dehra Dun.
He excelled in all of his subjects. Having completed the first four years of his studies at Samye Monastery, Khenpo Tsultrim finished the last five years at Jangchub Ling in Dehra Dun, India.
After three years teaching classes in the monastic college, he was enthroned as a Khenpo in 1998 and spent three more years teaching Buddhist philosophy at the Institute. He has also completed the Ngondro and Chakrasamvara practices in retreat.
