InFusion Theatre Company’s mission is to seek out new plays and organically “infuse” them with other elements of entertainment such as music, dance, and film. We strive to create dynamic performances by combining different forms of entertainment that will result in both exciting and thought-provoking work. We focus on giving voice to new works, as well as looking at older works in a new way.

Who I'd like to meet:
This play, by Kate Robin, a writer/producer of the Emmy-award winning HBO series Six Feet Under, explores the intimate world of an urban couple who reach an impasse in their relationship when an infidelity is revealed. Determined to repair their broken trust, documentary filmmaker Kean proposes to therapist Lissa that they videotape their every move. The dark comedy, which draws on references to reality television, delves into issues of exhibitionism, narcissism, confession and modern society's increasing tendency to track the actions of everyday citizens.
Taking a page from the design concept from our production of The Last Supper, we will again infuse a video element. As the couple videotapes each other’s every move, the audience will be surrounded by more than a dozen flatscreen monitors allowing them to be privy to all moments and details of their relationship. This concept will support the play’s brutally honest and open look at the damaged relationship in need of repair at the center of this story.
