Incomplétude rises somewhen in 2004, when I actually found an old casio keyboard lying under heavy dust, unused for years. This has lead to some casio childish sounding bits of music ;-) But, anyway, it made me buy some new stuff and made me start thinking farther of making music.
Incomplétude is my musical project, oscillating between industrial, martial, and neo-classical genres.
The logo is basically a I formed by ][ on the horizontal plan and [] on the vertical plan.
][ represents the infinite, and [] the confinement. Eventually, you can see this logo as the symbol of the soul ( or infinite ) being captive by the body ( or confinement ).
The term "incomplétude" is translated into "incompletness" in english. This term comes from a mathematical theorem, often derived on a philosophical plan ( "you can not solve some questions, because you can't manage to get all the parameters", oftenly used to say it's impossible to prove the existence or non-existence of god(s), which fits greatly to my agnostic point of view ). This term is also used in psychology to describe a state of being, when you can't get to make a choice, and lose time over-thinking about everything, and losing yourself about the consequences of every possible choices (so bad it doesn't mean that you are actually right on everything ;-).
