The Hundred Handed, as a band, have decided, after much angst and thought, that they are no longer going to continue in their present format. It is with great sadness that this decision has been made, but alongside that sadness there is also a lot of appreciation for all the support and help that many of you have offered them over the years. So whilst this does not spell the end for the members of the Hundred Handed musically, it does spell the end for them at present being in the Hundred Handed.

The final gig was incredible, both sad and triumphant. Many thanks to everyone.

The flyer for the final gig....
-------------------
The Hundred Handed are based in London in the United Kingdom. There are 5 of them. Guitars, bass, drums, voice and newfound elements of musical multi-tasking (keyboards).
Howled/crooned vocals, warring guitars, complex & insistent rhythms, memorable melodies etc. etc.
Our album ’Our Dead Language’ is available for free - please get in touch if you would like a copy. The wonderful Pure Groove Record Shop also stocks it. Thank you.
Wednesday. It's the Young And Lost Club Cup Final of Indie-Pop at The Old Blue Last, Shoreditch The SIGMA better be on top form as FRIENDS OF THE BRIDE into this gig with no injuries and on a 20-gig winning streak. The Sigs will be working on those set-pieces: FoTB will punish any slip-ups on the day. Let's hope that as two of the three best indie-bands in the UK they don't cancel each other out, we need a good gig for the neutral and thus a good advert for the genre.
(The FoTB single 'Buckle Up, Sunshine' has has some extra copies released due to public demand: these exclusive copies are available from BUGBEAR DISCS, Parkway, Camden Town, and FILE UNDER RECORDS, Tokyo, and online too).
