Honest Bob and the Factory-to-Dealer Incentives are a rock-and-roll band based in Boston, Massachusetts.
The band is known for its lyrical wit and quirky subject matter, including such topics as Noam Chomsky's linguistics theories, the Time Cube, the Heaven's Gate cult, and the Star Wars movies, as well as songs about female musicians such as Liz Phair, Laurie Anderson or Kim Deal written in the respective musician's style.

Several of Honest Bob's songs have been featured in hit console video games:
- "Hey" was featured in the PS2 video game Guitar Hero.
- The surf instrumental "Soy Bomb" appears in the highy acclaimed sequel, aptly titled Guitar Hero II.
- "I Get By" is featured in the 2007 game of the year Rock Band by MTV Games
Honest Bob and the Factory-to-Dealer Incentives is currently working on its third full length album with critically acclaimed engineer/producer Rafi Sofer. The release is expected in mid-2008.
