About me:
HOMEBASE opened its doors in the spring of 2002. Since then we have strived to support the growing skateboard scene in the Lehigh Valley by being active within our community. We hold bi-weekly skate contests, monthly demos, in store premieres for local skate videos and local art shows. We are also currently working with the City of Bethlehem to build what could be the largest skateplaza on the east coast. Most importantly, we are a skater owned and operated shop. We pride ourselves in carrying only genuine skateboard and streetwear brands that our team and staff would ride when we're out schralping the streets with you.

THE 3RD ANNUAL HOMEBASE HALLOWEEN SKATEJAM
Get your costume ready and make sure your board is fresh for our 3rd Halloween Skatejam at Saugy on Sunday October 26th. It's been getting cold pretty early so make sure you pick something that you won't freeze in. Here's a little reminder of what went down in years past. . .
THE HOMEBASE "PUT RECESS BACK INTO THE RECESSION" VIDEO CONTEST.
What: A skateboard video contest where you can win decks, shoes and clothes for editing a 1-2 minute clip of you skating. There will be various categories to win in like Best Overall Video, Worst Slam, Most Creative Edit, Biggest Gap/Rail and etc.
You will be able to host the entries on YouTube but we'd prefer you burn a dvd because we will have a premiere event to showcase the winning videos. Start editing now. The deadline for the videos will be at the end of the month.
