That's Hollywood Happy Hour with special guests, industry news and reviews, networking, loads of great prizes, yummy food, and adult beverages!
What: Hollywood Happy Hour filled with more fun than you could fathom! It's news, reviews, schmooze, and interviews!
Who: We chatted with über-hyphenate Luke Yankee (seriously, we're talking actor-director-producer-teacher-casting director-author-playwright, here) and dished with rockstar agent Janet Tscha, head of adult commercial talent at Origin Talent. Julie Stevens shared tales from Life After Tomorrow with casting director Bonnie Gillespie)!

Buddhaman Productions has joined with Hollywood Happy Hour to bring you a new summer event unlike any other!
Please join us on Monday, June 30th at Skinny's Lounge in the fabulous NoHo Arts District! (with plenty of free parking)
This is an industry night you won't want to miss.
There will be Comedians, Casting Directors, Agents, Managers and Celebrities; mingle with Hollywood's finest!

Interview with special guest writer/director Daniel Waters! (Heathers, Batman Forever, Sex and Death 101)

What: A Hollywood Happy Hour sponsored event with a Buddhaman twist!
Who: Ashley McCarthy hosts this exciting summer kick-off networking event! Come out and see performing comedians from your favorite shows and famous LA venues such as 'Last Comic Standing' and the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre.
Drew Droege and Melinda Hill will make your belly ache with laughter! Daniel Waters will be telling us a bit about his new film 'Sex and Death 101' starring Simon Baker and Winona Ryder (coming out on DVD and Blu-ray July 1st), and answer selected questions that you may have for him.
Stick around for our musical guest Trevor Wesley and special surprises!
When: Monday, June 30th, 2008
Where: Skinny's Lounge in North Hollywood
How much: $8 CASH plus no drink minimum.
In fact, we'll give you a complementary cocktail just for joining us! Yay vodka!
What else: Giveaways galore! You are automatically entered in the drawing for some really fantastic prizes; make sure to get a raffle ticket with entry and put your business card in our bowl! Actors, bring plenty of headshots to drop off in the Casting Director bins available at the event! Packages will be delivered via messenger to multiple Casting Directors the following week.
How easy is that?
There is no food at this venue, but the NoHo Arts district has plenty of great restaurants within walking distance of the bar.
Our favorite is the Eclectic Cafe.
Parking: There is plenty of free street parking! If you're coming from Hollywood and don't want to designate a driver, you can also take the Metro Red Line until it ends at the Lankershim/Chandler station; Skinny's is right down the street!
