Canadian native Holly McNarland, a competent singer, songwriter, and guitarist, began her recording career around 1995 with the independently recorded EP she titled Sour Pie. She was 21 at the time. The EP carries six tracks, and was completed in less than a week's time. That debut was strong enough to land McNarland a contract with MCA Canada. Many compare her emotionally dark and oftentimes angry music to that of strong female artists like Fiona Apple and Alanis Morrisette.
McNarland was born in 1975, and then raised in Winnipeg, where a friend introduced her to her first guitar when she was 15. After learning a few chords, she began composing her own tunes and lyrics. Soon she was entering talent contests where she learned to perform on stage in front of a live audience. It gave her a place to perfect her talents, and to gain confidence. Her next step in the music world was landing singing gigs when and where she could. At that time, most of her income was made from a waitressing job.
In 1995, McNarland took a few 1,000 dollars and bought enough studio time to record her debut EP, Sour Pie. The songs of this first offering resulted in a deal with MCA Canada, and the EP was re-released under that label in 1996. The next year a sophomore album, Stuff, appeared on the market. The press responded with mostly positive reviews. Live Stuff was released two years later. Even before the year 2000 arrived, McNarland had captured a large following in both her Canadian homeland, and across the border in the United States.
Along with her recordings, McNarland spends a lot of time on the road, touring. Her band is made up of guitarist James Junger, bassist Mark Pullyblank, and drummer Chris Gorst. Some of the less-than-joyful tunes fans can sample from McNarland's works include "Numb," "Cry or Cum," "Sick Boy," "I Won't Stay," "The Box," "Stormy," and "Dad & I."

kipper hotties wont let you know how they feel about size.
I know from personal experience, I will tell you about a secret that kipper has made me promise to never ever tell anyone, but since he has not called me in three weeks after standing me up, I am going to break the promise and tell you how he went from having a tiny thing and in three months he is now about nine inches and get this, it is still getting bigger. He has been secretly taking grow packs from this site, copy and paste the address into your browser to see them.AKWAK.COM
I found out when I was at his house, three saturdays ago, we were getting ready to go to the mall, so while he was in the shower, I went in his room, sneeked under his bed and found a box with packs in it, there was like seven full packs and three empty ones, all ordered from AKWAK.COM I was laughing at first but then when he came in the room and caught me looking at them, he freaked out and made me sware to not ever tell anyone about them, especially girls from school or work that he has been dating for the past while, now that I think of it, he has been rather busy with all the popular girls around here, when just last year he was the shyest when it came to girls.
I just never put two and two together until he explained it all to me, I did see his johnson and yes, it is huge, pronostar huge, the thickest and longest one I ever seen.
I know this sounds really shallow, but I am considering ordering 6 packs from the website at AKWAK.COM for you know who.. he does not have a web page, so he is not gonna see this. They guarentee that the packs will work on any man, or they give you your money back, living proof that they do work on any guy, seeing is believing.AKWAK.COM

So it all started about ten years ago, when my Dad retired from his factory. The family decided to move out of Hamilton to Chatham, Ontario. They asked me to come with them, saying that I could seek employment down there as I was having no luck in Hamilton. After about six and a half months of knocking on every door three times, I was not finding employment. There was no job to be found.
One night I decided to ask God a question. I had never asked God a question before and I’d heard that you could do this. I heard that you had to be very specific in your question, so I thought about it and I thought I would do it. So that night, before bedtime, I decided to ask God my question. I asked, “God, what should I do to earn a living?”
Just then, the beam of moonlight coming in through my window turned into a guitar. It was fully detailed; you could see the keys, the shape of the head, the cylinder, the string wound around the cylinders, the strings, the nut, the woodgrain and dots on the frets. It was so detailed that I was trying to look at the name of the guitar on the head. I could not believe my eyes, so I got out of bed, shook out the blinds. When the blinds settled, the guitar made out of moonlight was still on the wall. So I said to myself, “You want me to do music, you want me to play guitar? Are you sure? You must be, you’re God.”
I thought, ‘Well, okay, maybe I could learn some favourite classic rock songs and play them in a local pub somewhere, I guess.’ And that’s how I got started in this business. The vision of the guitar lasted on my wall for three nights. At the end of the third night, it was no longer there. So I moved back to Hamilton.
A few days ago I was coming home from No Frills with my groceries when I came upon this little bird laying on the sidewalk. He looked as if he’d been knocked unconscious to me; as though he’d flown into a nearby glass window or door. So I picked him up and held him in my hand and he opened his eye and looked at me. Then he closed his eye and it seemed like he went to sleep.
So I couldn’t just leave him there. He might have been eaten by a cat or somebody might have stepped on him. I put him carefully in my kangaroo jacket pocket to provide shelter and warmth and I headed for home. The walk was about fifteen minutes long. When I arrived home I opened the balcony door of my eighteenth storey apartment and I reached in and gently lifted the little bird out of my pocket. I held him outside and he flew away.
Hey just thought I would drop you a line to say how much I enjoy the itunes CD (The Komrade Sessions). Any news on a real CD? (You know them round things with the hole in the middle (ahhh I wish it were in vinyl) that spin really, really fast). Otherwise the itunes CD will sustain me a while longer. Take care Hope to hear more from you soon!
Hey Holly, thanks for the add! I've been a longtime fan. "Stormy", "Elmo", and that duet that you did with Matt Good, "Flight Recorder From Viking 7" are my top 3 fav jams by you. That, and I've even gone as far to beg a friend of mine to sing "Numb" for us, at the jam. We will try to do you proud as all of your songs are so moving.
