The Hilary Scott Band is singer-songwriter Hilary Scott's band, and consists of eight superb musicians, most of whom have been performing together for six years. The band got its start when the day after Hilary Scott arrived in Columbia, MO, veteran acoustic guitarist Bill (B.A.) Adams heard her being interviewed and performing live on radio. She was singing, playing her guitar, and Michael Bielski was accompanying her on percussion. B.A. drove to the station to meet her, and the rest is history.
Hilary Scott and the Hilary Scott Band have produced a total of four CDs over the past 6 years, their most recent CD, “Road To Hope” was just released on November 11th, 2006. Produced by Steve Gardner at his :The Music House" production studio, and recorded at "The Bridge" recording studio, the album is an exciting blend of folk, rock and blues influences. The album features a number of songs written by Scott ("Daydreamer", "Sugar Bomb", "Such A Good Friend", "Loser Blues", "All Along", "Road To Hope" and "Blessed") and also includes four covers (“Hallelujah” by Leonard Cohen, “You Electrify Me” by Lee Ruth, “Long Ride Home” by Patty Griffin and “To Make You Feel My Love” by Bob Dylan). The band’s new album was released to a sell-out crowd at the Martini Bar in Columbia, MO. Other CDs released by the band include: “The Floating World” (2002), “Come In, Come In: Live!” (2003), “Best of Hilary Scott Live – Volume 1” (2006).

Hi Hilary, SHAME on me for taking so long to get back here and watch those two video's, they were awesome. Hope this finds you start'n out a wonderful day girl :)
Hello Hilary, I am SO happy to meet you, I love your voice and your music so much and what fine musicians in your band, I hope you don't mind that I add you to my "girls that rock my soulful socks" section on my page :)
I had a dream about you guys the other night. I think you were playing somewhere like Mojos. A club anyway. Weird part was Hilary had a Bettie Page hair cut; black hair, bangs, the works. I think you were playing Loser Blues, but don't hold me to that.
Haven't seen you guys play since New Years, so I'm sure what it all meant. Hey, sometimes a dream is just a dream.
