Hide Away Records is an independent Irish record label commited to the DIY ethos with all of our projects. In short, this means we believe music should be cheap, accessible and created out of passion above all else.
Our aim is to work, alongside like-minded artists, in building a strong alternative to the traditional idea of a music industry. There are no rockstars here, and no one is "signed" to anything.
The label is named after the house from where it is run, The Hideaway House in Deansgrange, Co. Dublin. Began in April 2007 there are 4 releases to date on both CD and vinyl. We are enthusiastic about joint releases with other international labels as this is testament to globalness of the DIY network. Releases are distributed in the US, Europe, UK and Japan by our friends there and available from Independent record shops around the country.

Hello HIDE AWAY Records. Thanks for adding us as a friend. Please give our stuff a listen. Any help in ways to move forward would be gratefully appreciated.
We had a deadly time, thanks for having us up. So glad it went well in the end. Sorry about the commotion with setting up and all that jazz. But it wouldn't be a H4H gig without some kind of drama! Even playing at all is miraculous to us these days. So success all round!
