Love and appreciation Won’t it be nice if something like this would come again! Stay in a place of anticipation, hopefulness, and optimism, knowing that things are preceding and progressing Take an emotional journey I’m really appreciating my physical body, and my physical body is serving me so well in so many ways, and I love the flexibility of my body, My body is mostly doing extremely well, Focus more, Look how well I’m doing, If I can do that then I can do this, (what ever it is that I want) I chose this emotion and wail it’s not bliss it feels better then were I felt, and now I’m back in creative control and if I can get here then I can get there and if I can get here then I can get there, and so on, Compare only how I’m feeling now with how I won’t to feel, It’s a responsibility to self to start dreaming; it’s a responsibility to self to start focusing energy beyond where you are, It’s about getting self into vibration-nail alignment were you allow the universe to yield circumstances and events to you, Life is supposed to be good to you, and it is making every effort to be so, and if it is not treating you extremely well it is because you’ve got some habit of expectation that is not letting it be as good for you as it should be, For ever more the day of allowing, “It’s really, really, really important to me that I feel good!” You can’t hurt my feelings because my feelings aren’t hurt able, and even if I let my feelings get hurt they don’t stay hurt because I don’t want to feel hurt, and I have ways of climbing into better and better feeling vibrations, you see, I can feel better about this (what ever I want to feel better about) just by finding a better way of approaching it, I am a lover; lover is who I am, Unconditional love is, I hook up with source and I love regardless of the conditions, I love because I’ve trained myself into that vibration, Mirage vales should go something like, I like you pretty good lets see how it goes, It shouldn’t be until death do us apart, well stay together no matter how awful we are to each other, and we’ll pretend we love each other and we’ll use the love word really, really often and we’ll never ever get agree, until we’ve suffocated the life out of each other, You’ve got to come to the place were you don’t care more about anybody else then yourself, you must selfishly care more about how you feel then anything else and show yourself that you can move your thoughts in a way about any subject until you feel better, then you have something that you can give to them. You just got to be so selfish that you want to feel good,
