    GROUND UP & RISING's Interests
GeneralTo provoke, push at, break through, the hapless confines of modern theatre and film. One that finds its niche so often within the habitual walls of convention and conformity. To replace the safe and already-treaded with the avant garde and the risqué. To talk to our audience where so many choose to preach. To speak to them in a language that is theirs in stories to which they can relate. To speak to the most important demographic, the generation whose decisions, work, art, actions, and influence will shape the framework of our future…
HeroesWish I had some.

To the Ground Up & Rising Family,

I'm glad to see that the beginning of many great things are headed your way. It's so true that a family that prays together.....stays together. You all are a great example for many to follow. Keep up the great work. Watched the trailer.....such a teaser. I'm ready to be blown away by your onscreen performance!!!

Much Love,

Pavlo Hummel was freakin fantastic! Hey guys this is Matt, over the last year or so Ive seen several of your productions, I usually was there with Ann Marie.. top dog underdog, september 10th, indian wants the bronx, but this latest one i must say really blew me away. seriously. "Sergeant sergeant cant you see... that all this misery's killing me." Love it! I was there on the saturday of the last weekend and i know that the crowd really blew donkey balls that night, I was there with a friend and we were the ones standing up in the back at the end cheering for you all. Anyway, I know its small potatoes but Ill be writing for the MDC Catalyst this semester and Ill be giving you guys one hell of a review. Ground Up and Rising never ceases to amaze. Thanks for the awesome performances.

I want to tell you guys that I am very happy that you are putting on this show. It is so important that people understand (or at least have a little understanding) what happens to young men/women that go off to war. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart...I wish I could see it, but, then again, it may hit too close to home. Best wishes on the last few shows.
