Artist IS NOT allowed to make ANY profit from any works using the instrumental, changed or unchanged.If Artist attempts to not license, distribute, sell, receive royalties, publish, or renew the copyright of the unchanged instrumental, the rights he received in this licensing contract can be revoked at the discretion of Producer. If Artist infringes upon the Producer’s rights as owner of the work his right can also be revoked at the discretion of Producer.Prior to receiving the non-exclusive rights to the work, Artist will pay Producer.If copyright is held by Producer, it WILL NOT transfer to Artist. Producer retains all original rights of the instrumental.

You have full rights to record, alter, mix the beat/song in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat). You’ll receive a contract in the mail granting you exclusive rights to the beat. You own the recording as a "work made for hire".(TYLo) may no longer lease or sell the beat, except for prior leasing rights holders and his/her own promotional page (no downloads there).(TYLo) will not receive a royalty from the sale of records or downloads.
