About me:
Lately I've been hearing myself say thing's, I've heard my mother say my whole life. Thing's that still to this day I don't quite unerstand. I never knew just how much of a redneck I was until I stopped and thought, what the heck am I saying. For example...Those shoes are as ugly as "homemade soap". Hmm I've never really seen homemade soap have you? Guess it's ugly. But she used that for anything she thought was ugly. Here's another winner. That outfit is as homely as "Ned -n- reeter". Anything my mother thought looked horrible she would say it looked like Ned and reeter. Not knowing what the heck that meant I used it bc I thought it was a posh saying. Until last year I heard her say it and asked what it meant, to which she replied, when she was in middle school they had a book they called a "reader" in english class. And there was a poor boy they read about that was always in trouble named Ned. Ned in the Reader, but I always thought Ned and Reeter were a married couple who were just hopeless. Kinda like that picture of those two old farts with the pitchforks, ahhh you get the point. I never understand the term "pray tell" either. Although the term is valid, the way my mother used it was so sarcastic. I always thought, why can't you just say "please tell me"? By the way what does catiwampus mean ? I'm sure I can come up with some more real winners. But if that gives you any insight into where i get my smarts from, I'm pretty sure you can concur I'm good for a few laughs. Besides my southern charms, I live a very full and happy life. If you want to know moe bout it, you may ask. I'm done with this thing for now.

Yes, I agree! I look at myself and I think of being 31 and I cannot take it all in...I still feel 15, wearing the ECA plaid skirt and thinking that chewing gum was a sin...hah SO yes, I feel that too sistah! Good to hear from you--don't be a stranger=0)
