| | Heroes | People who help others at personal expense are heroes. They are usually people who move anonymously through life. Rock stars, sports stars and celebrities are not and should not be considered heroes. They may have significant accomplishments, but they do what they do for self-glorification, self-satisfaction, status and money. There is nothing wrong with that, but it does not really rise to the level of being a worthy hero. Once again, those who sacrifice for others at great personal expense are the true heroes.

I play the bass in a punk rock band called Overdrive A.D. and an Alt-Country/Americana band called The Famous. I am also the Bass Player for the world famous Fat Wreck Chords / Honest Don's Hardly Used Recordings punk band, Diesel Boy.

About me:
Well, I (mostly) grew up in Texas and now I live in Oakland, California.
I am the Bass player of the Fat Wreck Chords / Honest Don's band Diesel Boy. That was my only job for a while there...until we stopped doing anything in 2002.
I also played Bass in a Punk band called Overdrive A.D. (on indefinite hiatus) and I currently play in an alt-Country / Americana / Twang band called The Famous.
