Well only two members of Cenotaph are in Karmyne Doug (drummer) and Ant (bassist) and obviously Damien was also in Cenotaph so kinda session Karmyne member. I didn't really base the lyrics on any personal stuff for that band, They were more just sort of ethereal dreamy stuff that I had and thought the concepts were cool. For Winter Tide I wanted it to be about a historic war ship and Purge is about a desolate landscape in the desert similar to Egypt or something haha but hey :P
Haha Cenotaph IS Karmyne, just with a few different members, Damien is at university extreamly far away from where we live. He only recorded and played on the demo while he was down for summer. We would need someone who lived close by really.
Haha sweet dude that was quick! :) I forgot to write how much they weighed but good job they got there! Thanks for the support man! Shame that Karmyne is kinda on a break at the mo and those were the only two songs we ever recorded! But I will let you know if we have a re-union lol just need to find a decent guitarist really. Plus we are all in other bands and quite busy with those these days!
