Influences	Special request to Bangers R Mashed (Nuff Wish) for giving me inspiration and support, JStar for mashing up the dance with No Diggity and keeping it up, all the other mashup producers in the UK and abroad, Lord Zelko for introducing me to dancehall back in the days, the Jam Jah Sound for keeping Brum full of reggae, and the Friendly Fire for putting on wicked dances in Birmingham with wicked MCs, and all the artists and producers who have kindly donated their tracks to be mixed. About Friendly Rasta Mashups

The Friendly Rasta lives in the hills of Birmingham, eats exclusively I-tal food and does not joke when it comes to reggae, soul and hip-hop music which he blends with taste and I-ness. The Friendly Rasta aims to heal the nations by crossing the musical barriers of style and reviving songs from the past, and projecting them into the future, under the form of exclusive limited vinylic delight.

The message that the Friendly Rasta preaches is that music created from the heart will live on forever and through the ages will be appreciated by all different tribes and races. Through these mixes, the Friendly Rasta wishes to spread a message of universal peace and respect.
