ALEGRIA ETERNA (2000) for Classical Guitar solo, was composed integrating elements from brazilian music (samba and bossa-nova), jazz and rock music as well. The title was inspired on a verse after Isaiah 35:10. ////////////////////
EVENTVM III (2005), for ensemble - Clarinet, Trombone, Percussion (2), Classical Guitar (amplified) and Violin, was composed in 2005 and premiered on XVI Biennial of Brazilian Contemporary Music, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
This work can be comprehended and divided in 8 parts. The sections are defined by A-B-C-D-E-F-G-H where intermediary sections B, D and F, are interludes that, beyond to be thought as a 'breath' between parts, are a tonal synthesis of the original material used throughout the piece.
EVENTVM III used, over all, the elaboration of textures, timbres and dynamics, getting a unique dimension and peculiar sonority.
