A Yes vote means Drug Diverson programs would be made available for those convicted of nonviolent drug possesion. Parole violators would be diverted from state prisons and parole terms would be reduced for others. Some Inmates would recieve credits to reduce the time they stay in state prison by lessening penaltys under current Law.
