But modern man has identified himself with the little clearing of the known self. Outside that clearing is a great dark forest, and beyond lies the greater wilderness that is the world itself. Man shines his flashlight into it and imagines that outside the corona of his beam there is only void. And "lumber" is the clever word he uses to describe the tiny bit he illuminates.

Sometimes defined as Pagan, I am a Hellenic Polytheist. I have found my home, finally, with the Theoi. The Deathless Ones. The Gods of Olympus.





Outgoing and reclusive. Quixotic and realist. Pessimistically mirthful. Fulfilled and incomplete. I like harsh music and numbing silence. I read bits and pieces of everything, yet I rarely get myself to finish anything. I need constants and steadfastness, yet I'm always changing my surroundings. Following my train of thought usually leads to derailment and I seem to be the onlyone enjoying the ride.

I need to find a place between love for Divinity and inquiring Skepticism. Between Acceptance and Regret. Revelry and Quiet.
