Are you lacking confidence in the kitchen? Do all the choices in the grocery store make your head spin? This 2 week course will give you what it takes to prepare simple and tasty dishes. Come join Chef Jenn, Certified Culinary Nutritionist, as she teaches you how to cook easy, delicious meals.
Week 1- “Cheese” -including Cheese Enchiladas with Spicy Green Sauce, Ultimate Blue Cheese Salad, French Onion Soup, Mascarpone Cheese and Berry Parfait.
Week 2 “ Vegetables”- including-Southwestern Cornbread Casserole, Eggplant Dip with Baked Pita Chips, Vegetable Soup with Basil Puree, Romaine Salad with Garlic Croutons and Green Goddess Dressing, and Coffee Flan.
