Hang out awhile, add us as one of your friends, or fuck buddies, as we like to call you all here. People always ask me why I chose to make a movie about the infamous F-bomb. Well, I was always intrigued with the word as a writer, because its a word that you can use at any time in so many different ways. That's really where it first started: its a verb, its a noun, and its an adjective. I love words I was always amused that fuck can be used in so many different ways in so many different contexts. As I thought about it, it really became clear to me that in the broader debate of Freedom of Speech and the First Amendment, its a word that is often right at the heart of this debate. I thought it would be great to look at the word in all aspects of popular culture. Some people are very offended by this simple word, but that's the power it has. Some people are intrigued by it - others run for the hills. Fuck is really a word that polarizes public opinion. See you at the fuckin movies.
