The 2008 fest is expected to draw over 10,000 patrons to the Louisville Waterfront ~ part of a scenic, $60 million dollar riverfront investment which draws 1.5 million visitors a year. The 7th annual Forecastle Festival hosted its first ever “Halfway to Forecastle” mini-fest on January 26th @ Headliners Music Hall. Headlined by Band of Horses and VHS or BETA, all ticket proceeds benefited BMX legend and Metal Bikes Founder Jimmy Levan, recovering from injuries sustained in a skateboarding accident in New Jersey.
