About me: FOOTHILLS PEACE COALITION
The Foothills Peace coalition is a non-partisan group of local peace vigil organizers, leaders of organizations working for peace and justice, and individual peace and justice advocates based in the foothills north of LA. The FPC is dedicated to supporting and strengthening the efforts of peace coalition members. Our goal is to provide information and opportunities for action to residents of the area north of Los Angeles from the Western San Fernando Valley to the Claremont area and beyond.
We communicate via email over a network of message lists maintained by peace and justice groups in the greater L.A. area.
Who I'd like to meet: All individiduals and organizations working towards peace.
Chaos and destruction from global warming, a peak oil crisis threatening economic collapse, or a national security nightmare brought on by our dependence on foreign oil. You choose the reason... the time to ACT is NOW!
Inner peace and world peace...peace of mind and peace on earth...what the world needs now is more of peace of every kind. I am networking for peace, to connect people and organizations whose interest is peace, to share information and resources on who and what is working for peace, for themselves and for our world.
