| About Folds of Policy |
With two releases under their belts, 2004’s award winning Stay in Your Homes and 2007’s critically acclaimed folk album Divided Highways, Halifax schizo-rockers Folds of Policy return to form with their third offering, Paradigm City.
A collection of straight up rockers and bizarre experimentation, Paradigm City is the next chapter in the band’s development, showcasing barnburners like Great Slave Lake and The Bear; ethereal numbers like Surgeon’s Song and 1000 Ships; and the piano driven grit-funk single, Bright Lights Big Cities.
With newcomer Craig Harris taking on the bass duties, Charlie Coolen assuming a multi-instrumentalist role, Mark Murphy on the skins, and frontman Jon Landry splitting the middle, Folds of Policy soldiers along.
