Didn't fully appreciate the Flying Canyon story upon our initial friend request. Thanks from us for sharing the tale of your loss and the beautiful memories that live on in the music.
this record is extremely good, and really underscores the loss of Cayce. well wishes to all friends and family; i feel fortunate enough just to have heard this.
Even having never met or spoken the news of this loss makes me feel as though there is a hole in my heart. The creative output of this man WILL be felt for a long time after were are all long gone.
James-the elemental chrysalis
Let children walk with Nature, let them see the beautiful blendings and communions of death and life, their joyous inseparable unity, as taught in woods and meadows, plains and mountains and streams of our blessed star, and they will learn that death is stingless indeed, and as beautiful as life.
Cayce, you said such nice things about my music, and it was about the biggest compliment and encouragement I've ever received. I'll always cherish the Flying Canyon CD and those kind words. I hope that I am able to meet you on the other shore.
cayce, we miss you. it was an honor and a blessing to have met you, to have you as a teacher, and to see you perform. it hurts my heart that we have lost such an amazingly gifted, warm and genuinely awesome human being. you will be missed.
Such sad news! My heart goes out to all Cayce's friends & family. I'm a bit late on the uptake, just now getting into Golden Hotel. He will be deeply missed.
although i only knew cayce a little bit, i could tell that he was one of the most genuine people i had ever come in contact with. i feel comfort in knowing that his music will continue to touch people far more into the future than today, and that he is in a much better place now.
rest in peace, cayce.
