About me:

I am a person with a passion for fitness and sports nutrition. After finihsing my degree in Biochemistry, I worked in the sports nutrition industry, formulating and developing, creating dynamic advertising campaigns and bringing innovative and fantastic new products to market. Today, I continue to work in the health industry for a leading Pharmacy Retail Chain in the capacity of Marketing for the Pharmacy and Health division. I continue to keep my pulse on the industry I love, through sports nutrition consulting, writing for Canada's Leading Fitness Magazine - Inside Fitness, and working trade events for my sponsor EAS Canada. What can I say, I am lucky - I get to do something I love and have a passion for everyday! Not only do I get to work in the industry, but I also practice what I preach. I live and breath a fitness lifestyle, including competing in Figure within Canada and recently on the World's stage at the IFBB Women's World Championships in Santa Susanna, Spain. This past year I won two overall titles and plan on competing again this coming year...the goal pro-card...one day ; ) ..
