The Firefly Cabaret was so successful last year that we're doing it again! The entertainment for this once a year event features some of Canada's best musicians. Juno nominated singer/songwriter Lori Cullen returns with her warm and evocative vocals along with Tyler Yarema who never fails to steal the show with his high energy piano styling. We'll also be joined by the wonderful June Garber whose reputation throughout the jazz community is legendary. Jorge Luis Rojas, also known as "Rojitas" brings Latin fusion into the mix while Alex Pangman and Colonel Tom Parker join us this year with playful bluegrass and country duets. We couldn't be happier to announce that the always warm and charming Heather Bambrick will be singing and hosting at the event again this year. An evening such as this wouldn't be successful without incredible musicians and this year they include Glenn Anderson- drums, Peter Hill- piano, Ross MacIntyre- bass, William Sperandei- trumpet and Richard Underhill- saxophone.
We'll be holding a fabulous silent auction throughout the evening and all proceeds for this concert and auction will be going to Camp Quality Canada. Camp Quality allows children with cancer the joy and excitement of experiencing summer fun while under medical supervision. The Firefly Cabaret is an evening not to be missed!
