This Russian blogger (link below) is ecstatic over the recent carnage in our financial system, and if you've read Naomi Klein's book The Shock Doctrine, his account of 1990's Russia will be more than a little disturbing.
Warning, very foulmouthed and he works himself up into anti-american tirades in a few places. But I have to wonder how many of them are this mad. It only underscores the necessity of ensuring our national defense, and not squandering our treasure to enrich the well-connected.
