The Children / Victems of PAS have and are suffering enough, I WILL NOT ALLOW any Young Person to enter this group seeking their lost parent and have to rifle through, more of the same, Angry wordings and the likes, here is a place of peace, a place of healing, even if they dont find their FATHER Here, let them see other FATHERS who are decent, kind and patiently waiting to be found, you owe that to all the FATHERS , your brothers in this cause, you owe them that much, be kind in this group, be respectful in this group, we all in here have been on the recieving end of UNFAIR,CRUEL treatment, let us not become the very things we are fighting against. I personally took this picture as I drove down a highway that was literally 20 miles away from where my sons live,,but I knew i could not stop by and see them,, although I could have gotten sad about that, I did not for I knew, all Storms subside, the sun does come out and I encouraged myself even at that moment, not to dispair because I would one day see my children again,, I now have contact with all of my children, this will be true for you, REMAIN HOPEFUL , REMAIN POSITIVE and fight PARENTAL ALIENATION SYNDROME with the one thing that is sure to kill it, LOVE, COMPASSION, PATIENCE and POSITIVITY in the end will always win out over the emotional and spiritual CANCER that is PARENTAL ALIENATION SYNDROME.

Ridiculous! Here in the United States? Everyday hundreds if not thousands of Citizens lose their secured right to liberty and are denied their right to trial by jury before their liberty is removed or restricted. How can that be? How can a person's liberties be removed without a jury trial? Don't we have a constitution that guarantees a person's liberty will not be taken unless a jury decides the person guilty?
Apparently the legislature and judges in Minnesota have failed to read and abide by the state and federal constitutions, as these "public servants" have created, maintained and continue to enforce an unconstitutional prison known as "Family Law".
The United States Supreme Court has repeatedly upheld that parental rights are "perhaps the oldest of the fundamental liberty interests recognized by this court." But, once a person enters the quagmire of "Family Law" all liberty rights also known as parental rights, are stripped from the Citizen.
Children are repeatedly and consistently removed from their parent(s) without a jury trial. Parents are GUILTY first and then must prove their innocence. Perjury is rampant and totally accepted by the judges.
R-Kids of Minnesota has valiantly fought with other Citizen groups to expose the wholesale elimination of liberty within the prison known as "Family Law".
In their efforts they have petitioned the legislature to repeal unconstitutional "Family Law" statutes.
