About me: I am decent, loyal, kind, respectful and honest. I am highly intelligent. I am a good and faithful friend. I am huge fan of women's athletics especially the physique sports - bodybuilding, fitness and figure. I know more about the women's physiques sports that almost anyone you can imagine. I have attend over 350 events. If you have a question please ask! I am a fairly well known bodybuilding and fitness photographer based in Freeport NY. I write about the sport when I get the chance. I am very knowledgeable as to rules, history and personalities. I can not attend any fitness event in the northeast where I do not know at least one person. The events have been sanction by many different organizations. I mainly attend NPC events but have been to events of the: NBI, INBF/WNBF, NGA, ANBC, ANPPC, Fitness America/Musclemania, Ms. Fitness. I speak to everybody and hear tons. If you want to know something, feel free to ask me though I do have some very definite opinions about the sport. I have been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor.
I am an avid birder. I am also an expert on United States Naval History. I served on board the guided missile destroyer USS Buchanan DDG-14, first in AS Division, then 1st Division and lastly 2nd Division. I deployed on 2 WestPac cruises and RimPac. The ships that my ships sailed with include carriers Carl Vinson CVN-70, Enterprise CVN-65, Coral Sea CV-43 and the battleship USS New Jersey BB-62. I have been to Pusan Korea; Hong Kong; Subic Bay, Manila & Cebu City Philippines; Rabaul , Papua New Guinea; Sattahip & Pattaya Beach Thailand; Sydney and Brisbane Australia; Panama, & Hawaii (6 times). I was homeported in San Diego and Long Beach CA.
I worked at Jones Beach State Park from 1989 to 1998. For the past three years I have been managing a small park on the south shore of Long Island.
