Bridging the gap between Detroit's funk and techno history, Exchange Bureau Music stands to unite the organic and electronic with a new collective of established and up-and-coming Detroit-based musicians and producers all under one organization. With a launch set in September 2008, the band-turned-label will still incorporate the funk-driven Exchange Bureau sound, but expand with EB side-projects The Affiliates Program, The Joint Chiefs, and EB solo projects from Joshua Adams and Paul Katcher. Joining the label roster with new releases and remixes are fellow Detroiters Alton Miller, John Arnold, Paul Randolph, Szymanski, DJ Godfather, Snowman Jack, E. Spleece, IBEX, DJ Seoul and more with house, funk, broken beat, techno, hip hop, electro, and everything in-between. In the upcoming months look for new tracks and remixes from Exchange Bureau and all of its agents both on EB Music, as well as Third Ear Recordings in London and Clone Records in Holland. Stay tuned for more updates before the launch and check out exchangebureaumusic.com in September to cop the hottest shit coming out of the D.
