ESPRIT WORLD JAZZ
Bio
Four hard working community minded spirits came together to form Esprit World Jazz.
Each band member is a veteran musician with a diverse musical background. Together they create a stew that blends into a sound euphoria. The term, “World Jazz” came into play when the group received responses from audiences describing what they heard.
Truth is, that the composers in Esprit, write great music that is heavily rhythmic and groove oriented, decidedly Jazz in structure, yet melodically strong. Inspired by great composers such as Jobim, Pat Metheny, and Steely Dan, and Jean Luc Ponty. To the group, it’s just great music, with singable melodies, that make you want to move.
Hey, Bozz! Thanks for the opportunity to hit up the NAMM. I did and had a great time. I'm about to change my pickups so I went directly to EMG and got a lot of good info for the research. I saw Stevie Wonder (he didn't see me)....and had a good time all around. Got to see some friends I hadn't seen in years because they're always out with the big boyz. Have a great day and I'll let you know what I think of the strings. Be Krunchy!
