Best little coffeehouse on the block!
Founded in February of 2004 by friends who needed a job but really didn't want to work. We struggled getting up early, morning after morning and we still do. We're open at 7:00am but we don't get in till 7:10am on the weekdays. 8:00am on the weekends but after a long night, we don't get in till 8:15am. But, the coffee here is worth waiting a few minutes for, even when its pouring outside. The best coffee on the block, we guarantee!
Thanks to our many loyal supporters, who drop in daily/weekly, the many talented musicians, artists and their supporters, the people who rush out without their wallets, car keys and other values, which we hock on Ebay or the pawnshop.
Here you can find friendly people(most of the times), board games, excellent beverages of all types. Open Mic/Mike on Wednesday nights, Friday and Saturday shows at 8:00pm with some of the best local musicians in the tri-state area.
Heading into our 5th year, we are still brewing strong coffee, serving shots of espresso, making smoothies, frozen lattes, making paninis', cleaning, booking acts, ordering stuff, kicking out bums/deadbeats, making more coffee. Thank you everyone and if you haven't had a beverage here yet, git yer rass in here, and we don't serve Chinese food! So come on in, have a drink, maybe we'll even wipe a table and chair for ya.
Support local and independent artists/musicians! Don't forget, cover songs were once originals.
Good day/night and hope you all wake up in the morning.
