About me: Some wierd old guy living in Des Moines, Iowa with my home being Black Rock City, NV. Focused on Art (3d mainly - Sculpture & Jewelry) and Burning Man things. I serve the Iowa Region as their Regional Coordinator.
I am dedicated to pursuing my own brand of spirituality - borrowing the best from all places and using what works for myself. It is a continual quest with no end but lots of beginnings.
I also enjoy writing poetry. Can check some of mine out at http://www.fanstory.com/selectprofileportfolio.jsp?userid=68447. Art is cool!
Like to spread the things I learn to others so they may benefit from my mistakes and successes. Love learning new things and discovering old ways that work well in modern times.

Dulcena in Chicago needs your help. Letter from Zac Franzoni Body: A Call to Action
Please Help
A beautiful resource shared amongst the community is in peril. Dulcenea has provided an outlet to showcase, support and integrate art and music in the Wicker Park community for the past year. Full potential has yet to be reached. In its prime, it is a sanctuary to avant-garde artists from Chicago and around the globe. Dulcenea is a playground for all manner of people to come and relax, feel welcome and connect. This is the time for us to remember and envision what Dulcenea has to offer and discover future possibilities.
Urgent financial support is needed from everyone to keep us intact and moving forward. To keep Dulcenea's doors open, a serious deposit on an investment is needed by August 15th. Unfortunately, this is not an ideal world and our business burdens have brought us to this point of asking for true help.
The energy of countless people has been poured into the creation and image of this space. We cannot survive without your support. Please help spread the word and feel free to propose a solution.
Regards and Thanks,
All of us at Dulcenea.
P.S.
We are having a closing party for the artist currently showing at Dulcenea, Jeffery Jones, on Saturday, August 11 th. There is going to be live art, vegan food, and fantastic music. Dominick and Mr. Roboto are currently on the bill, as well as several live painters from the area. Please come and support us, tell all of your friends, and lets try to pack the place!
We are encouraging a $5 donation at the door. BYOB. 8pm-2am.
We hereby invite you to join us for an evening of timeless debauchery and unparalleled mysticism. Here at the Lily Pad, candlelit magic abounds and surrounds you with a garden of unearthly delights. Listen as Chicago's finest electronic music virtuosos create a veritable feast for the senses. Feel your breath leave your body as snakecharmin' belly dancers hypnotize you with a mere glance. Sway away the night… Please do not try to resist. These rhythms are undeniable. Step right up, folks. This will certainly be an enchanted evening to remember….
Come adorned in your finest gypsy attire, and don't be shy. Lavishness is its own reward.
