After nearly a decade of musical shenanigans, the great Edisyn train has run out of steam. Their last release, "Meant to Mend," is now available in multiple locations and in multiple formats. A heartfelt thank you goes out to all those of you who have given your support over the years.
Even though Edisyn is no more, you can still experience the respective awesomeness of it's individual members in their new bands/projects. Keep a lookout for Sean's solo project, Thieves and Fours.
Of course, the grizzled guitar-playing hermit known by several aliases including, but not limited to Pete "Swampy Johnson," Professor Cornbluthe, and Vinnie Fireballs, can be found inhabiting various Seattle-area haunts, axe-in-hand, ripping his tradmark face-melting licks. Current bands on his roster include Backdrifters, The Norhwest's only authentic Radiohead tribute - www.myspace.com/backdrifterstribute - and The Roans, a rootsy, sweet-hearted, 60's and 70's era-inspired rock ensemble featuring the vocals and songwriting stylings of Edisyn's most recent bass player Nate Gullickson.
Colin will, of course, continue to lure young bands into his recording studio in effort to further his progress as a gifted engineer. Edisyn wishes you the best and will see you at The Roans, Backdrfiters, and Thievesandfours shows. Until then.....

Edisyn's show last night at the High Dive was what a rock show should be: Beautiful music masterfully performed. I'm so glad that I get to see them now before they can only play stadiums. Give us more, lads!
